2. 2.2.2017 In view of the resolution of the Orissa High Court Bar
Association, the lawyers abstain from Court work.
Heard Sri Bhikari Charan Panda, the petitioner no.1 in person.
Considering oral request of the petitioner that his age has been wrongly indic
ated in the affidavit portion of the writ petition, the petitioner is permitted to make necess
ary correction at the affidavit portion to the effect the indication of the age of the petitio
ner is concerned.
Considering the limited request involved in the matter and as it appears, by v
irtue of the order of the Revisional Authority, the dispute between the parties in contest has
been remanded to the Consolidation Officer for fresh adjudication, this matter stands dispose
d of with direction that in the event any such proceeding involving Consolidation Revision Cas
e No.148/85 is pending before the Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Cuttack, the same may be dispo
sed of within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order at the insta
nce of the petitioner but however giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the priv
ate opposite parties herein.
