for the School and Mass Education Department.
Petitioner files this writ petition seeking for a direction to the opposite pa
rty nos. 2 and 3 to release the differential arrear salary extending the benefit of 1st and 2n
d Assured Carrier Progression Scheme w.e.f. 18.10.1997 and 18.10.2007, i.e. the date of comple
tion of 15/25 years of service respectively with the grade pay Rs.5,400/- from the date of app
ointment within a stipulated time.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highligh
ting the grievance the petitioner has made representation before the opposite party no. 2 vide
Annexure-7 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
Learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits
that he has no objection, if direction is issued for early disposal of the representation prov
ided the same is still pending.
In view of the submissions made, this Court without expressing any opinion on
the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to conside
r and dispose of the representation in Annexure-7, if the same is still pending and pass appro
priate order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of thi
s order.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
