Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was selected for the Po st of Gram Raojgar Sevak and vide letter dated 16.01.2008, he was directed to submitted the ag reement papers before the Sarpanch of Anijo Gram Panchayat. On the same day, he joined before the Sarpanch by submitting his joining report, which was duly accepted. His only grievance is that instead of disbursing his salary from 16.01.2008, the authorities have disbursed his sala ry from 17.01.2008 for which he has made a representation to the Block Development Officer, Bh adrak, opposite party no.3 on 22.01.2017. But, it is alleged that the same is still pending co nsideration for which learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to the opposite party no.3 for disposal of the same.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that since this is only grie vance of the petitioner, necessary order may be passed for disposal of his representation. Considering the submissions of respective counsels and there being limited grievance, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ application is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner makes a fresh comprehensive representation e nclosing all the required documents along with a certified copy of this order before opposite party No.3 within a period of three weeks from today, opposite party no.3 would do well to con sider and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation after affording reasonable opportunity of being heard to him in accordance with law and the result thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner by speed post with A.D. However, it is further directed that if it is found that the petitioner is entitled fo r salary for 16.01.2008, the salary for the said date be paid to him within a period of four w eeks from the date of taking the decision. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
