 Prayer made in this writ petition is for a direction to the opposite parties t
o release the differential arrear salary to the petitioners in terms of the Government Circula
r dated 7.7.2008 and dated 28.8.2009 for the period 7.7.2008 to 31.7.2008 to 31.8.2009, 1.9.20
09 to 30.6.2010, 1.7.2010 to 30.9.2013 under Annexure-3 and 4 TA., DA., with effect from the d
ate of issue of the Circular dated 17.5.2008 under Annexure-6 came into force.

 Mr.Joshi draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 22.1.2014 passed
 by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6364 of 2011 wherein direction was issued to opposite party Nos.
 1 and 2 therein to implement the Government Circular dated 29th August, 2009 in view of its e
arlier Circular dated 7.7.2008 and extend the pay scale of the petitioner which was given to t
he similarly situated persons as stated in Annexure-3. He further submits that the present pet
itioners who are the similar circumstances will file a fresh representation highlighting their
 grievance before the opposite party No.3.

 Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the writ petition wit
h a direction that in the event the petitioners file a representation highlighting their griev
ances before the opposite party No.3- Director, Vocational Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar alon
g with a certified copy of this order within a fortnight from today, the opposite party No.3 s
hall do well to dispose of the same within a period of six months thereafter keeping in view t
he order dated 22.1.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) NO. 6364 of 2011.
