 The petitioner is stated to have filed representation before the Secretary, State Tr
ansport Authority, Odisha, Cuttack (opp. party no.1) regarding allotment of a vacant time slot
 in the route from Nalagohira to Bhubaneswar via Chandikhol and back in respect of the vehicle
 bearing Registration No. OR-05AK-0939 after rationalization of timing in the route from Patta
mundai to Cuttack. The representation is pending.

 Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without going
into the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Secretary, S.T.A.,
 Odisha, Cuttack (opp. party no.1) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Ann
exure-4 within three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along wi
th a copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures and the petitioner shall be given
opportunity of being heard. If any other applicants shall be there for the same route, they m
ay also be heard in the matter.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
