Heard.
It appears that the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the
Collector, Khurda for considering his representation at Annexure-4. The representation at Ann
exure-4 was filed on 28.8.2015.
Considering the above, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the petitioner to fil
e a fresh representation before the Collector, Khuda involving the dispute mentioned under Ann
exure-4 to this petition within a period of ten days hence and in such event, the Collector, K
huda shall do well in disposing the same within a period of one and half month thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
Issue urgent certified copy on proper application.
