03. 21.03.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned couns
el for the revenue.
 The challenge in the present writ application has been made to an order dated
10.2.2017 passed by the Addl. Commissioner of Sales Tax (Appeal) by which the Commissioner has
 directed payment of Rs.17,00,000/- including all previous payments after the order of assessm
ent is passed by 28.02.2017.
 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tax demand in the present
case is approximately Rs.34,00,000/- and the balance demand relates to levy of penalty. But wh
en the Commissioner directing deposit of Rs.17,00,000/- including all previous payments, we f
ind no justification to interfere with the same except extending the date of deposit as direct
ed by the Commissioner to 29.03.2017.
 With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed
of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
