During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for
withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack
under section 17 of the SARFAESI Act for appropriate relief.
Granting such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
