3. The petitioner had approached the Tribunal by filing O.A. No.1327 of 2007, which was d
isposed of on 17.09.2007 with a direction that efforts should be made to release the revised s
cale of pay in accordance with the rules either from the official records along with the dupli
cate Service Book or by reconstituting the Service Book as early as possible preferably within
a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with a copy o
f the application, failing which the legal dues may entail penal interest. Alleging non compli
ance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner filed C.P. No.171 of 2007, which was disposed of o
n 13.05.2011. The petitioner also approached this Court in W.P.(C) No.21934 of 2013 as the ord
er of the Tribunal was not carried out and the representation filed by the petitioner for rele
ase of revised scale of pay was not disposed of by the authority. The said Writ Petition was d
isposed of on 21.01.2014 with a direction to opposite party no.1 to look into the grievance of
the petitioner as made out in the representation, if the same has not yet been disposed of, a
nd take a decision thereon within a period of six weeks hence. Even though the Court has stipu
lated time to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, nothing has been communicated b
y the opposite parties to the petitioner. Thus the petitioner filed CONTC No.630 of 2014, whic
h is pending.
