additional prayer is necessary for complete adjudication of the matter. Such amendment was objected by the opposite parties that in case it is allowed it will change the nature and character of the Original Application. However, the Tribunal considering the rival submission of the parties held that the Original Application has already been part heard by a Division Bench and the amendment is not called for as the order of removal and order of rejection by the appellate authority are under challenge.
