Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

 This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to t
he Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Gochhara Branch, Sambalpur (opposite party no.2) to re
lease the Tractor and Trailer nos.OR-15-L/6942 and OR-15-L/6943 respectively.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
 had purchased the Tractor and Trailer nos.OR-15-L/6942 and OR-15-L/6943 respectively in the p
ublic auction held by the Bank. After finalization of the auction, the petitioner has approac
hed the Bank for release of the Tractor in his favour, but the same has not been handed over t
o the petitioner till date. In this regard, it is stated that a representation has been submi
tted to the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Gochhara Branch, Sambalpur (opposite party no
.2), dated 13.07.2017, as per Annexure-5, which is still pending consideration. Accordingly,
a prayer has been made to direct the said opposite party no.2 to consider and dispose of the p
etitioners representation expeditiously.

 Considering the submissions made and without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Branch Manager
, State Bank of India, Gochhara Branch, Sambalpur (opposite party no.2) to consider and dispos
e of the petitioners representation dated 13.07.2017, (Annexure-5), if the same is still pendi
ng, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of re
ceipt of certified copy of this order.
