Considering the limited request involved in the matter and as this Court finds, a r
epresentation at the instance of the petitioner, vide Anenxure-3 is pending consideration of t
he Tahasildar, Sukinda, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Tahasil
dar, Sukinda to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by taking a decision as approp
riate and involving all concerned, particularly the O.Ps.4 & 5 herein within a period of three
weeks from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner.
