3.8.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for School & Mas
s Education Department.

 It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that similar matter has been dispos
ed of by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 18908 of 2013 (Radharani Samal v. State of Orissa and other
s). The further submit that since the said decision covers the present case, this case be disp
osed of in the light of the aforesaid decision.

 In view of such submissions and taking into consideration the aforesaid decision the o
pp. Parties 2 and 3 are directed to follow the aforesaid decision, calculate the arrear and cu
rrent salary of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of production a cert
ified copy of this order along with a representation by the petitioner. It is made clear that
if the amount is not paid within the stipulated period, the amount shall carry an interest of
10% per annum.

 The writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
