Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Govt. Advocate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was a teache r who was retired on 298.2.2001 after attaining the age of superannuation, but till date he ha s not received his G.P.F. amount with interest. She submits that in pursuance of the direction of this Court dated 2.9.1995 passed in W.P.(C.) 3854 of 1992 the Executive Officer, Puri Muni cipality had issued Account Slip for payment of the dues for the period from 1.9.1976 to 31.3. 1995. In spite of order of this Court and all efforts made by the petitioner, the petitioner i s not able to receive the G.P.F. amount and such amount is a good amount amounting to Rs.4,33, 415.00. She further submits to direct the opp. Parties to consider the grievance of the petiti oner and pay his G.P.F. amount with interest as admissible under Law.

Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate submits that the representation filed by the petitioner p etitioner to the opp. Party no.2 would be considered in accordance with law if necessary direc tion is issued from this Court. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for both parties and the grieva nce being limited, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ application is dispos ed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh application to the opp. Party no.2 en closing all the supporting documents along with a certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks and the opp. Party no.2 shall do well to consider and with law to dispose of the same in accordance with law after affording reasonable opportunity of being heard to the peti tioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation and commun icate the decision to the petitioner forthwith by Registered Post with A.D.
