ioner.
The petitioner has filed this application claiming benefit under the Navodaya Vidyal
aya. It is stated that in the meantime, by virtue of the notification issued by the Central Go
vernment vide S.O. No. 727 (E) dated 31.03.2010, this Court has no jurisdiction to adjudicate
the same. Dr. C.R. Mishra, learned counsel and Sri P.K. Padhi, learned counsel appearing for t
he opposite parties have endorsed the same view.
In such view of the matter, the writ application is transferred to the Central Admin
istrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack to adjudicate the grievance made by the petitioner
in accordance with law.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
