The claim of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to certain am
ounts which are due from the opposite party-Company.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during pendency of this
writ petition, the opposite party-Company has been declared sick by the BIFR and proceeding fo
r winding up is now pending before the Company Judge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner may be permitted to
withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Company Court.
Prayer is granted.
