05.12.2017 The judgment and order sought to be reviewed was passed on 20.08.1993 and the review p
etition was filed, after more than 21 months, on 19.06.1995. But till date no steps for limita
tion has been taken on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is no longer i
nterested in prosecuting the matter.
 Having gone through the record, this Court does not find any merit in the matter. Acco
rdingly, the review petition stands dismissed.
