CRLMP NO.1228 OF 2015
01.05.2017
Heard.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he submitted a written report (Annexure-2) dat
ed 26.09.2015 before the Inspector-in-charge, Khurda Police Station-opposite party no.4, which
was neither registered as F.I.R. nor any action was taken thereon. Aggrieved by the inaction
of the IIC., Khurda Police Station the petitioner approached the Superintendent of Police, Khu
rda as per his representation under Annexure-4 dated 03.10.2015 which is said to be still pend
ing consideration.
Keeping in view the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner and without going in
to the merits of the case, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction that the Superintendent
of Police, Khurda, shall consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same
in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified
copy of this order along with a copy of this CRLMP application, if the same is still pending.
The CRLMP is thus disposed of.
