None appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called in 1st hour. Also, none ap
pears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls in the 2nd hour. This matter is of the yea
r 2009.
In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the petitio
ner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter. Hence, this CRLMC
stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
