This is an application for clarification of the order dated 24.07.2017
passed in CRLMC No.1755 of 2010.
Heard leaned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the S

It is stated that vide the aforesaid order the petitioners were direct
ed to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Parlakhemundi. But, now the case is pending befor
e the learned Special Judge-Cum-Sessions Judge, Gajapati at Parlakhemundi and registered as G.
R. Case No.35 of 2017.

If that be so, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the co
urt in seisin over the matter and move for bail in the aforesaid case as stated within three w
eeks hence and in such event, the court concerned shall consider and dispose of the same in ac
cordance with law taking note of the fact that the petitioners were on bail as submitted.

The Misc. Case is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
