 Heard Mr. S.K. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
 The petitioner has filed this application stating that the order dated 30.09.2015 pass
ed in W.P.(C) No.4999 of 2007 and modified order dated 08.10.2015 has not yet been complied wi
th.

 Perused the aforesaid orders. It appears that vide order dated 30.09.2015, this Court
dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn but make an observation that if appropriate applicati
on is filed, the same would be considered by the Orissa State Financial Corporation in accorda
nce with law. Further, on perusal of the order dated 08.10.2015, wherein the order dated 30.09
.2015 has been modified to the extent indicated therein, but no time limit has been fixed. As
such, in both the orders, no time limit has been fixed by the Court to consider the applicatio
n filed by the petitioner.

 In such view of the matter, since no time limit has been fixed for compliance of the a
foresaid orders, no contempt lies. However, the petitioner may approach the appropriate Court
for fixation of time limit with regard to compliance of the aforesaid orders.
 The contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
