Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Looking to the grievance involved in the I.A. No.1319 of 2015 and further going throug
h the order passed therein impugned in the C.M.P, this Court finds, the order though directs b
oth the parties to maintain status quo but it otherwise help the petitioner therein. This Cour
t observes, disposal of the civil dispute may resolve the issue involved in the dispute.
Under the circumstance, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned orde
r and while confirming the same, this Court directs the trial Court to conclude the proceeding
vide C.S. No.7992 of 2015 by end of December, 2017.
C.M.P. stands disposed of with the above direction.
