Miss Senapati, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide
order dated 10.12.2015 directed to issue notice to the opposite party nos.3 to 8 by registere
d post with A.D. and requisites shall be filed within seven days. But due to non-filing of the
requisites, the writ petition was dismissed. She submits that the writ petition may be restor
ed to file.
Considering the averments made in the petition and the submission advanced by
the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed. The writ petition be restored t
o its original number.
