Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Stat
e.
This is an application for modifications/corrections of the order dated 6.1.2017 grant
ing bail to the petitioners.
On perusal of the averments made in this petition, it appears that the petitioners hav
e sought for correction of the typographical error in the order dated 6.1.2017.
Considering the grounds taken in this application, it is directed as under:
I.Wherever the words, i.e, small quantity and petitioner are appearing in the order da
ted 6.1.2017 except 5th line of 3rd paragraph of the said order be read as commercial quantity
and petitioners respectively;
II.The word, i.e, petitioner appearing in the 5th line of 3rd paragraph of the order d
ated 6.1.2017 be read as petitioner No.1; and
III.Both the petitioners shall furnish bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) each w
ith two solvent sureties each and the conditions imposed in the order dated 6.1.2017 shall be
applicable to both the petitioners.
The Misc. Case is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
