06 15.05.2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Perused the letter dated 12.5.2017 of the learned Additional District
and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Boudh wherein it has been mentioned that the evidence of
both side is closed and the case is posted today for argument. At the same time, Mr.Das, lear
ned counsel for the petitioner states that the Court is not available today.
In view of the above, the Court in seisin over the matter is directed
to conclude the case by 19.05.2017 and report compliance.
Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Court concerned
through fax.
At this stage, Mr.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for wi
thdrawal of the bail application.
In view of the above submission, the BLAPL is dismissed as withdrawn.
