Issue notice to the newly added opposite party no.2 by speed post with proof of delive
ry, returnable within four weeks. Requisites shall be filed by day after tomorrow (05.06.2017)

List this matter immediately after the summer vacation.
Learned counsel for the State is directed to obtain the case diary and therefore, till
the production of the case diary, the petitioners may be granted interim protection.
Considering the submissions, as an interim measure, it is directed that the petitioner
s shall not be arrested in connection with Bhairab Singhpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 correspon
ding to G.R. Case No. 351 of 2017 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore till the next d
ate on condition that the petitioners shall co-operate with the investigation as and when requ
ired.
