 The petitioner having been implicated Kharavelanagar P.S. Case No. 340 of 201
6; corresponding C.T. Case No. 5210 of 2016 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for a
lleged commission of offence under section 379/411/414/34 of IPC, has filed this application f
or grant of anticipatory bail.

 Considering the submissions and viewing nature of accusations against the peti
tioner, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, it is direct
ed that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the court in seisin of the case and moves fo
r his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of early in
accordance with law without being influenced by this order; further taking into account the fa
ctum of release of co-accused person on bail on the ground of parity.

 The case record be made available accordingly.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be grant on proper application.
