ce under section 420/120-B IPC pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bolangir has filed th
is application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.

 Heaving regard to the nature of allegations made against this petition
er as also other surrounding circumstances and keeping in view the submission of learned couns
el for the petitioner that other co-accused persons have been granted with anticipatory bail o
n the condition of deposit of some amount and his continuance to pay the loan amount, it is di
rected that if the petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin of the case within a perio
d of three weeks hence and submits necessary receipt showing payment of a sum of Rs.1,10,000/-
 in his loan account, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be de
emed just and proper by the said court with further condition that he shall continue to pay th
e loan by paying the installment regularly.
