 Taking into consideration the facts and submission, nature of allegation and factum
of permanent residence of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released
 on bail by the Arresting Officer, in the event of his arrest, on such terms and conditions as
 deemed just and proper, in connection with Laxmisagar P.S. Case No.368 of 2017 corresponding
to C.T. Case No.5078 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar.
