the parties this Court being not inclined to allow the prayer made in this bail application fo
r release of the petitioner on pre-arrest bail, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners
submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application.
Hence, this ABLAPL stands dismissed being withdrawn. CRLMC No.1251 of
2005 be delinked from this bail application.
Interim order dated 26.08.2016 passed in this case stands vacated.
A free copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for the State
