19.05.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Government Advocate.
 Prayer of the writ petitioner is that the final notification No.6969 dated 30.04.2016 i
ssued by the District Magistrate, Kendrapara under Anneure-6, which has been prepared after a
remand order passed by the appellate authority i.e. the Minister, Housing and Urban Developmen
t Department, Government of Odisha, should be quashed. However, it is admitted by the learned
counsel for the petitioner that there is an appellate forum for agitating the order as at Anne
xure-7 and in fact they have sent appeal through Regd. Post and it was also presented in the c
oncerned Department of Odisha Secretariat, Bhubaneswar.

 In that view of the matter, this Court disposes of the writ petition without expressing
 any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner that the appellate authority shall ta
ke up the hearing of the appeal presented by the petitioner and after affording a reasonable o
pportunity of hearing to the petitioner dispose of the same within a period of 15 days from th
e date of receiving notice of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that t
he petitioner shall produce the certified copy of this order, a copy of the brief and fresh co
py of Annexure-7 before the appellate authority i.e. the opposite party no.1 within three days
