Heard Mr. A.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners.
In the present writ application, the petitioners have sought for a dir
ection to the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack to pronounce the judgment
in O.A. No.1(C) of 2012 at an early date which is pending disposal since substantial period of
time.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the con
sidered view that such a prayer is not maintainable in a writ application. However, liberty is
granted to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the Tribunal by bringing
its notice the issues raised herein and we are confident that the Tribunal will deal with the
matter strictly in accordance with law and deliver the order at an early date.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ application i
s disposed of.
