04. 09.09.2016 Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
 The petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim direction of this
Court dated 25.03.2011, a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- has been deposited.

 Considering the aforesaid submission, we are of the view that the inte
rest of justice would be best served, if the petitioner makes a fresh application for One Time
 Settlement in terms and conditions stipulated by the bank within a period of four weeks from
today. This Court orders accordingly. No further amount need be deposited along with the appli
cation in view of the earlier deposit made and the said application shall be considered by the
 bank within a further period of six weeks therefrom. Till a decision is taken on the said app
lication, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. If such an application is
not filed, the bank shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

 With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ application i
s disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
