.K.Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner.

 In the present writ application, challenge has been made to the commun
ications/letters dated 2.1.2016 and 06.05.2014 under Annexure-1 by the Utkal Grameen Bank reje
cting the application filed by the petitioner for One Time Settlement on the ground that the o
ffer amount was too low.

 We are of the considered view that the petitioner on receipt of such c
ommunication under Annexure-1 and the document appended thereto, ought to have been made a fre
sh offer to the bank instead of rushing before this Court by filing the present writ applicati
on. Accordingly, we are not inclined to entertain the same but grant liberty to the petitioner
 to make a fresh application for One Time Settlement along with the necessary deposit as may b
e required within a period of four weeks from today. After making such application, the opposi
te parties-bank shall consider the same within a period of six weeks therefrom.
 With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands
 disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
