Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.The petitioner has filed this application claiming for approval and release of grant-inaid as due and admissible to the post.While entertaining this application, this Court passed an interim order and by virtue of the said order the petitioner has been continuing in his post. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitione
