 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Counsel.7.9.2016
 The main ground of challenge involved in this writ petition is that the petitioner
is unable to challenge the final publication of R.O.R. for non-supply of its certified copy by
 the Tahasildr, Jatni.

 In support of his case, learned counsel for the petitioner drawing to this Courts a
ttention to the pleadings in the writ petition brings to the notice of this Court that the app
lication of the petitioner for supply of certified copy of the R.O.R. in respect of plot no.17
65, khata no.592, vide Copy Application No.4545 dated 10.9.2015, is still pending for consider
ation of the Tahasildr, Jatni.

 Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learn
ed State Counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Jat
ni, O.P.2 that in the event Copy Application No.4545 dated 10.9.2015 is still pending at his e
nd, the Tahasildar, Jatni shall do well in supplying a certified copy of the R.O.R. in respect
 of plot no.1765, khata no.592 within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of this
order.

 Further considering that the petitioner is unable to take appropriate step as again
st the R.O.R. involved herein, he is also permitted to file appropriate application before the
 competent authority within a period of fifteen days from the date of supply of certified copy
 of the R.O.R.

 Further considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that t
he petitioner is unable to file his revision petition before the Commissioner, Settlement,
