5. 01.08.2016 This Misc. Case has been filed for modification of order dated
12.07.2016 passed in Misc. Case No.9964 of 2016.
Since we have already stated that the proceedings of C.M.C. No.214 of 2011 and
Execution Misc. Case No.280 of 2012 shall continue in accordance with law, we are not incline
d to further modify the said order.
Accordingly, the instant Misc. Case merits no consideration and the same is di
smissed as such.
