This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners making a grievance in the matter
of inaction of the Police in working out the direction of the Cuttack Development Authority un
der
Annexure-1. On receiving notice, the opposite party No.4 filed an affidavit.
Looking to the response of the opposite party No.4 made in paragraph No.4 of the affid
avit, it appears that the Law and Order Authority has already ensured in working out the direc
tion contained in Annexure-1. In view of this, no further cause of action survives in this wri
t petition.
Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of.
In view of disposal of this petition, all the pending Misc. Cases arising out of this
petition stand disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
