Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for withdrawal of the writ petition with l
iberty to approach the O.P.1, Secretary to Government in Water Resources Department in the mat
ter of action being taken pursuant to Annexures-3 & 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty for the petitioner t
o approach O.P.1 within a period of two weeks and in that event, the same shall be considered
and the proceeding undertaken, vide Annexures-3 & 4 shall be concluded finally after affording
opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The objection shall also be taken into consideratio
n in deciding the matter finally.
