Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition arises out of an order passed in the Objection Case appearing at
Annexure-3.
Sri K.K.Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State submits that t
he final publication in the locality has already been made.
Under the circumstance, this writ petition is not entertainable at this stage and t
he same stands dismissed.
However, dismissal of the writ petition shall not preclude the petitioner from appr
oaching the appropriate authority under the provisions of Orissa Survey & Settlement Act, whic
h is a recourse otherwise available to the petitioner.
