02. 21.12.2016 The limited grievance of the petitioner by this writ applicati
on is for supply of the copies of the answer scripts of English, MIL(O), Political Science, So
ciology & Language Optional-Odia papers of +2 Arts Annual CHSE Examination, 2016. It is submit
ted that the guidelines permit for supply of such copies of valued answer papers in the case o
f payment of required fees within the time stipulated. The documents annexed go to show that t
he petitioner has also deposited the fees etc.

earned counsel for the opposite parties.
In view of above and on consideration of the submissions, this Court feels inc
lined to dispose of the writ application directing the opposite party no. 2 to supply the copi
es of the valued answer scripts of above papers of the petitioner who had appeared in +2 Arts
CHSE Annual Examination, 2016 within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of
this order or production of its certified copies whichever is earlier.
