3. 8.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the order
passed by opp.party no. 1 under Annexure-13 shows that the Petitioners School has not been con
sidered in the first phase as regards the eligibility to receive the Grant-In-Aid because by t
hat time the report of the Collector, Kendrapara after enquiry as earlier ordered had not been
 received. It is further submitted that in the meantime the Collector getting the matter enqui
red through two responsible officers has already submitted the report.

 Perusal of Annexure-13 reveals that the consideration as above in so far as th
e Petitioners School is concerned has been deferred for the reason of non-receipt of report fr
om the Collector, Kendrapara. The report as per the submission of learned counsel for the peti
tioner has already been received by now.

 In view of all these above, at this stage without expressing any opinion on th
e merits, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to opp.party no. 1 to consider
the case of the Petitioners School which has been earlier deferred on its own merit and take n
ecessary decision in accordance with law and accordingly to proceed further. The exercise be
completed within six months from the date of communication of this order or production of its
certified copy whichever is earlier.
