19.9.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Considering the allegation involved in this writ petition that the Municipal Author
ity is undertaking eviction process in respect of the houses of the petitioners in absence of
following process of law, this matter stands disposed of with a direction that in the event th
e petitioners have not been evicted till now, they shall not be evicted without following due
process of law.
