Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the resolution passed
in the Pallisabha held on 31.05.2016 under the Presidentship of Sarapanch of Tartang Grama Pan
chayat in the district of Jagatsinghpur for selection of Village Level Leader in respect of ex
ecution of different construction work in the Grama Panchayat.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has
 filed a representation before the Collector, Jagatsinghpur opposite party no.2 on 31.05.2016
 under Annexure-1 ventilating the aforesaid grievance, no action has been taken as yet.

4. Considering the above, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition with a direction to t
he Collector, Jagatsinghpur opposite party no.2 to cause an enquiry and dispose of the repres
entation filed by the petitioner on 31.05.2016 under Annexure-1 in accordance with law, as exp
editiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production
of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties.
