02. 18.08.2016 In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a directi
on to the State Education Tribunal for disposal of pending GIA case No. 549 of 2013.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government
Advocate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to t
he State Education Tribunal to dispose of GIA Case No. 549 of 2013 at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the writ petition wit
h a direction to the State Education Tribunal to dispose of GIA Case No. 549 of 2013 as expedi
tiously as possible preferably within a period of ten months from the date of production of th
e certified copy of this order.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
