 02. 20.07.2016 The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been declined t
he contract on the ground that he did not furnish the work performance certificate to justify
that he had performed similar identical nature of work. The bid of the petitioner as well as o
pposite party no.7 were of the same price, but the contract has been awarded in favour of oppo
site party no.7.

 On being asked as to why the reason given for rejection of his bid was wrong,
 learned counsel for the petitioner placed before us two documents in support of his contenti
on that petitioner had requisite experience with regard to same nature of work. The certificat
e for the work carried out by the petitioner is with regard to construction of low high check
dam and the other one is with regard to improvement of distribution system. The work in questi
on is repair and maintenance of T.B.Ward of a hospital.
 The experience certificate produced by the petitioner does not show that the p
etitioner has carried out any work of repair and maintenance. As such, we do not find any faul
t with the order refusing to grant award/contract in favour of the petitioner.
 The petition is accordingly dismissed.
