The petitioner has filed this application assailing the tender notice issued b
y the District Head Quarter Hospital, Baripada for the year 2016-17 on different grounds. This
Court issued notice to the opposite parties on 12.07.2016 and called upon the State counsel t
o obtain instruction in the matter.
Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State, on receipt of i
nstructions, states that the tender process has been cancelled and thereby, the writ petition
has become infructuous.
The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of as infructuous.
