In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of order dated 29.6.2
016 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.2227(C) of
2016 under Annexure-2. He has also prayed for quashing of his order of transfer dated 24.6.20

It appears that the petitioner has approached the learned Tribunal in O.A. No.2227(C)
of 2016 praying for quashing of his order of transfer. The said Original Application was dispo
sed of on 29.6.2016 vide Annexure-2.
A perusal of the above order makes it clear that the order dated 29.6.2016, which has
been impugned in the present writ application, has been passed at the instance of the present
petitioner. In such background, we are not inclined to interfere with the matter. However, it
is made clear that opposite party no.2 shall act in accordance with the direction contained in
Annexure-2 as issued by the learned Tribunal.
