Heard the appellants who are present in person.
This writ appeal has come to be filed seeking to challenge the order dated 3.1
2.2016 passed in Misc. Case No.19447 of 2016 (arising out of WPC No.20853 of 2016) being aggri
eved by not passing any interim order.
On perusal of order dated 3.12.2016, it appears that the Honble Single Judge
has issued notice in the matter requiring the other side to file the objection, if any before
the date fixed and directing listing of the matter on 15.12.2016.
The appellants submit that the examination is scheduled to be held on 17.12.20
16.
We are of the view that when the Honble Single Judge has fixed the date to 15
.12.2016, there is no necessity for entertaining the present appeal at the present stage. The
writ application may be listed before the Honble Single Judge on the date fixed for considerat
ion.
The W.A. is disposed of accordingly.
