of 2012 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur to the Court of learne
d Judge, Family Court, Jajpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in the meantime the aforesaid Cr.P.
No. 214 of 2012 which is a proceeding under section 125 Cr.P.C. has already been disposed of a
nd therefore, the TRPCRL has become infructuous.
In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the TRPCRL
is disposed of.
